Asset Tabs

The following sections describe the Tabs available in the Asset module:

  • Details — General Information about the asset including classification information and service availability. The Details tab also provides access to sub-tabs with model, warranty, cost, and insurance information.

  • Meter — Current meter readings on the asset and settings that determine how meter readings should affect child records (nodes)

  • Related Info — Information about specifications maintained on the asset, parts commonly used during repair, associated labor records, contracts in place, and occupants where appropriate

  • PMs/Tasks — Stores preventive maintenance schedules associated with the asset, as well the history of service performed on tracked tasks

  • Attach — Stores documents or images attached to the asset and notes maintained on the asset. Documents and images stored can be printed on work order reports generated on the asset.

  • History — Summarizes activity on the asset including a work order history, predictive maintenance history, location changes, and downtime
